weekly round-up # 3
As usual my Monday – Friday was spent at work. I didn’t miss any workday to go to do some errands but the highlight for the weekdays was when Dimple come to my office for lunch. She started it on Wednesday after hearing some reports that she arrives late in school in the afternoon because after lunch she goes with her friends to the internet bar. On the Friday, her friends came to see her and they went to school together. Thursday, the office was so quiet. All my 3 bosses were out of the office but on Friday, there was one working so itwas not totally quiet afterall.
Friday i was informed that I could go with the group that will be going to Malaybalay for the Adventist Health Professionals meeting/get together. I was so happy. I joined the vespers meeting and then when i got home that night, I prepared my things for the early trip the next day.
Saturday, I started my day at 4 am. Got up quick when my alarm rang and took a bath. at 4:30 AM i was already out of the house. Because of the blackout at 5 am, the vehicle i was on was a bit delayed in leaving. The trip was smooth and we arrived Malaybalay City a bit past 10 am. OUr group sang during the Divine Worship. The lunch was 80% vegetarian and it was great. AFter lunch, we went back inside the church for the meeting. 2 pm we were off to Valencia city to hear the concert of the Valencia sanitarium and Hospital singers (that was the plan) but when we arrived at the hospital, we just spent time comforting ourselves and we decided to travel back. Half of the group stayed behind to attend the wedding on Sunday. We left valencia at exactly 4 pm. We experienced some rain on the way – on different locations as it was not raining the whole way from Valencia to Cagayan de oro. We then spent an hour at Limketkai before proceeding to Iligan. We arrived Iligan at a bit past 10 am. Hit the bed after a quick shower. My butt and back was painful. I was the one not comfy in my space on the trip back. We had more passengers kasi on our way back.
Sunday got up a bit late then went online. Blog a litte, watch a movie, and then slept at 12 noon. Got up at 2 for the PTA meeting at 2:30.
That was all for my past week.
