Am going back to it probably starting tonight since i started feeling itchy yesterday.  But I am not so sure waht made the allergy attacked. Since i was not sure if it was chicken meat or dried frish, i still ate some eggplant salad.  Now i just checked on the elimination diet list from my other blog and here’s what i CAN’T EAT for 2 weeks:

MEAT, DAIRY, POULTY:  Chicken, seafoods (shrimps, crabs, squid, shells, oysters), cured meat (tocino, tapa, longganisa, hotdog), eggs, fish, canned goods.

VEGETABLES:  Cabbage, beans, spinach, tomato, squash, eggplant, gabi

CONDIMENTS:  Soy sauce (toyo), fish sauce (patis), MSG (ajinomoto), artificial coloring, preservatives, seasoning

BEVERAGES:  Milk, tea, coffee, softdrinks, wine & alcholic beverages, tetra packed juices

WHAT I AM ALLOWED TO  EAT FOR 2 WEEKS?

CEREALS:
Rice, puffed rice, freshly baked bread
FATS:  Vegetable oil, olive oil, margarine without food coloring
MEAT, DAIRY, POULTY:  Fresh meat: beef (cow, carabao), goat, lamb
VEGETABLES: fresh leafy vegetables ( So bawal kahit squash or anything non-leafy)
CONDIMENTS: salt, sugar, pepper, white vinegar, honey (only 2 oz./day)
BEVERAGES:   water
MEDICATIONS:
Only those prescribed by the doctors.

Last night and this morning, i had fish and this noontime too the ulam in my lunchbox is fried fish. ano ba yan, di pala pwede, so i think am just going to have oats later in the office.

Just want to note that i’ve successfully done this diet last November 2007 and i hope i will be successful too this time.  I thought of making an offline diary of it or if am not tired maybe an online diary of what i put in my mouth for the next two weeks. :-)

Wish me luck, guys!
