The time my daughter can start to eat solid foods, we fed on her veges. Mashed veges of any kind. When she was still a toddler, there was no problem yet but she she started schooling she began to be picky on the food that she eats. Of course she eats rice but not the vegetables. She jst have the soup or the sabaw or the broth but not anything solid on the ulam especially if they are vegetables. But now that she can read and understand what she’s reading, my mom gave her books about healthy eating, what good we get from a vegetables and everything – she started to be good at eating vegies even the ampalaya or the bitter gourd. She likes ampalaya better than me. Before she does not like eggplant or talong, but now she can tolerate it. When it comes to meat recipes, she is not picky. She loves just anything as long as it edible and not a bawal in our table.
Here’s a picture of her about to devour chicken strips with rice. She loves what she’s holding although she had a bad cough the time this photo was taken.

Ems, thanks for the add. this is a good tag.
Well, whatever is on the table she eats. Panay kami gulay so yon lang talaga ang makain nya bt eats alot more when the ulam is anything meat.
