Joys in Life

I just don’t like to miss the TT this week as today is the last day of Septmeber 2008.   Time really flies fast.  That am sure october will just be over in a wink of an eye.

There are few things i’d like to toot about this week:

One is two of my PR 0 blogs got a PR 2 lately.  So Mr. G made me happy days ago for that result.  My PR 5 turned PR 4 but at least it did not totally slumped down to zero. 

The next thing is that 5 days ago i won $50 dollars for the posting contest at the Paraiso Philippines Forum site.  That’s already money and i intend that to upgrade my internet connection.

And the last thing is that - my sugar has gone down within the normal value of 102. and my weight is 164 even though i missed gym for more than a month.

I think that’s thanks in Korean language.  I like the sound of it or the tone of it when said.  There’s a sweetness in it when being said.

Last week, i met a foreigner at my grandma’s hometown and they told me they are chinese.  When i passed by the place where they are staying, one of the guys was doing some exercise.  So i waved and said Ni hao! Ni hao ma?  The man beamed a big smile and said, “ni hao! hao! hao!”  And later asked, who am i, i said, am a Filipino and am in the area to look around.  But anyway, these guys are small, well built but exercise is really part of their daily routine.  How i wish i can be like them.  I have a weight problem now so i better check this alli weight loss.  This might be a good program for anyone who likes to lose excess weight.

I really envy those others who can eat like a pig but looks bamboo thin.

Here’s another contest at PPF for all moms and even dads out there especially those who cook and even those who don’t cook.  Or even those who are still living alone or single but can cook.  One can simply do this.

Yesterday, i went to the downtown to do some errand for someone. AT the same time too picked also my xoom transaction. I really wanted to go to where the people are but my mind adviced me against it. So i was jsut able to do some few snaps before i signal the jeepney that goes my place.  It’s the city Fiesta so that explains the colorful strings.

Earlier today after my class i went to the city to buy some rice and i also took the time to pick some movies for the next “nothing exciting to do” 3 days.  My boss and some workers are gong to CDO tomorrow but i have no money, so still i won’t enjoy the trip.

Sept 21 - 28, 2008

This week was full of activities and planning.

Sept 21 - Sunday - i was out with friends in iNitao Forest to enjoy the beautiful sceneries. I took my sort of professional portrait shot (i say professional because i was shooting models. :))

Sept 22 - Monday - i was back at work. Only one boss around and some jobs came in sparingly. It was the first day of the CSU so there\s much noise and music within the campus.

Sept 23 -Tuesday - My boss and some school workers went to cdo to attend a burial. I chose to be left behind because got an errand to do the NSO. I spent around 2 hrs in there and i got what i need right away. Gone are the days when you need to process something at the NSO it will take you more than 5 days to wait. But now, it’s just a matter of several minutes and it’s right there.

Sept 24 - Wednesday - Dimple is real sick so she was brought to the doctor for a check up. I thought it was related to anything like TB or Pneumonia but it’s a good thing it’s not. She was given 3 types of meds and that includes antibiotic so Wednesday afternoon, after we went out to order the cake for her bday, we shopped for some things at the new Gaisano and also purchased her meds. It’s our first time (probably the last) to eat at Mc Donalds iligan. hehehe

Sept 25 - Thursday - i was waken up by my mom because she was not feeling well so she wanted me to bring her to the hospital. i was done fixing myself in 5 minutes and off i went out to find some tri-sikad as our transpo. hehehehe.   So i thought of taking a leave the next day.  And hey, i won 2nd place that Paraiso Contest.

Sept 26 - Friday - i changed my mind about the leave.  It’s a good thing because we found out taht we will have a very long holiday.  We will have no work Monday (city fiesta), Tuesday (sandwhich), and Wednesday (Eid - end of Ramadan).  I also discovered that my salary was only P38.00 toink!  oh my. anyway, i just know that what am doing now will give me sth good years later.  So never mind the thirty eight pesos.

7 pm - we had the bday dinner for my daughter.  I think i was the busiest person that day at home.  But i never mind as long as dimpy was happy.

Sept 27 - Saturday - due to a very tiring late night, i woke up very late.

3. College Degree…Got one in Secretarial Administration.

Mr. G made me smile early this evening!  I got the news but i want to see the result with my own eyes so when i checked wowwww it’s a sexy 2 number. :) 

Gone are the days when i don’t mind the PRs.  But when mY PR 3 slumped down to 0 two months ago, i was disappointed a bit but then i made some effort to have it back so yeah, my Midlife Dancing Blog also got a PR 2.
