Welcome SEPTEMBER!

How time flies and the most awaiting ‘BER’ months has now started.  Am sure u will just not realize it, December will just come rushing in.  It’s ok now to play christmas songs anywhere coz the BER has come.

One thing good to note this month is that, today, the holy feast of prayer and fasting started.  Ramadan is being observed by our faithful Islam brothers and sisters.  So i pray that there would be a momentary if not permanent peace and safety particularly in this part of the globe.

Today too we started the Holy Week of Emphasis with Pastor Arden Perdon, VP for STudent Affairs of the Adventist University of the Philippines, as our guest speaker.  His theme is: “THE TRIALS AND TRIUMPHS OF THE TRIED”.  Todays topics were:  Expect the Unexpected (AM service) and Seeing and Tasting God’s Goodness (afternoon service).   I love week of prayers.  This is my 6th week of prayer since i came back in 2005 and after graduating in College. The theme song is entitled: VICTORY THROUGH GRACE.

By the way, there is one major thing i look forward this month - it’s going to be Dimple’s bday on the 26th.  She will turn 11 and i am thinking it might be her last “baby” bday celebration.  And i hope and pray that some oppss will come along this month.  So far this mornin, there’s nothing to grab. Haiii  BUt i know God will provide.  I hope she will have a chocolate cake, vegetarian spaghetti, chicken adobo, juice, and some bread to be feasted by her and her cousins.  And if there are those who wishes to donate food ahh i would really welcome it. hahaha  Cash donation is welcome too. hahaha .  Imagine we counted them they are more than 25 kiddos around. huh so i wish it will rain “oopss” hahaha

Am off to dreamland now and am feeling ok.

Till tomorrow. Hope to visit back blogs tomorrow.  See ya and nite nite

WS # 1

This blog’s first entry to WS:

One sunday morning in June we enjoyed the beach.  Those are my fellow workers here in the College.  They are getting into the glass boat for a tour in the coral sanctuary.  The minimum passengers are 20 people @ twenty pesos per head.

I can’t say that i enjoyed the tour though ive seen a very big turtle (pawikan) and that’s was just the only highlight of the trip.  The tour takes around 20 minutes.
