Weekly Round-Up #11

 

August 31- September 6

This week marks the beginning of the Holy Ramadan of our Islam brothers and sisters (Sept 1).  And on the same date, we at the hospital and college also started the Spiritual Week of Emphasis with Pastor Arden Perdon as our speaker.  On Monday I find myself early at the office for the 7 am service.  I faithfully attended the meetings not until Wednesday morning when we had the blessing of the office kitchen and also the happy trip wish lunch for the father of the college.

I also like to note that this week I was able to pay a little partial of Dimple’s school’s account and she also had her new Pathfinder uniform and she wore it to school last Wednesday. 

Friday, there was the Faculty meeting.  It was a raining Friday so i went to the market very late thus i missed the Foot washing service.  Saturday mornin was the culmination and the college & hospital workers had potluck at lunch. 

Saturday afternoon was spent lazily here at home.
