Guess it wasn’t meant to be.
I’m not for you.

Adam’s cupid arrow flew straight
True, like a living, flying wrath
But instead my heat it hit my liver
I should have taken cover

May I should have loved you better
So I wouldn’t be here imitating bad weather
Or maybe i should’ve written better love letter
Filled it with feelings instead of iambic pentameter

Bitter love or is it cruel fate?
i’m still thinking of you as of late
I’m still here crying
It’s still you I’m loving

Wishing on stars until morning
My life’s a cycle it’s becoming boring
I should really stop my cuss
And quit dreaming that it could have been us
