Weekly Round-up {Oct 6-12}

October 6 – October 12

Gone are the holidays so the whole 5 days were working days.   It was not a busy working week but even then, i still have to be there. 

For my personal matters, i got my first SSS loan this week.  I was so happy that at last i had the courage to do so.  I just don’t like the idea of making a loan maybe unless it is emergency but for SSS it is a must or else someone would loan it for you (ghost loaners)  that’s scary.  The amount is not much but it’s ok.  I know two years later, the loan amount would be better.  Some part of the money will be for a new cabinet for a remembrance and hopefully i could scout it this week.

The week was not a zero assignment week.  Am so glad.  Thanks to Him up there!  Payments were made too this week. 

Last MOnday, i got my first Christmas present from PPF – it was a nice white t-shirt.  I just washed it this evening and when it’s dried am gonna put it away for keeps.

There’s one thing sad to know – it seems i have to say goodbye to my Camera unless i will find someone here using a charger like mine and my kind of battery.  That is why it’s my first week that i haven’t taken any picture of anything except webcam shots.

Last Friday afternoon, dimple and i went to the big mall again and the unusual thing we bought for our home is a MOP HEAD.  So for now, we got sth new here in our house – a new mop head . 

Just awhile back, an hour back, i was done with my laundry.  Am so tired. HOpefully i can sleep in awhile so that tomorrow i won’t be sleepy to get up early. 

And one thing to note – this is the first week that i was able to make several simple scrapping lay outs.  Everytime there’s no connection at work of at home, i find myself playing with the scrap stuff in PS.  Am still learning the basics.  Can’t do any complicated ones yet or i think i just lack that creativity.   Last Friday, i downloaded many free stuff from Digital ARts Cafe.
