When SAHM-one Speaks # 20

Are you done with your Christmas shopping yet? What’s on your list?

I am not yet done with my Christmas shopping nor have started.  Reason?  Financial. I dunno if i will have an amount to be spared for that (i really wanted to) but even then, i have my list.

Last night, it was broadcast on TV news that goods will increase for Christmas like pasta, creams, sauce and stuff for the recipes i have in mind.  Dimple then told me, “Mommy, it would have been better if we have money so that we shopped for those before they increase.”  I jsut replied, hopefully we can do it this week-end.  If not then i will do it on Monday.  Am still waiting for some payments (ten dollars matters no!) hehehe.

The stuff on my list for Christmas and New Year’s even:

1.  Christmas present (simplest stuff) for the 3 kids – just to make the smile

2.  A gift for dimple (probably a foot wear)

3.  A gift for mom (still dunno what to give)

4.  A gift for mom’s buddy, my nephew.

5.  A gift for my sister (probably baby stuff)

6.  Ingredients for Spaghetti, macaroni salad, macaroni soup, fruit salad, mango float that will serve 5 families. (haiii bakit ang dami nila! hahahaa

7.  Bihon packs worth 200 possibly.

8.  Meat substitute Budget around 200 pesos too

9.  A box of orange

10.  Christmas wrappers

11.  Fruits and vegetables: potatoes, carrots, cabbage, chinese cabbage, mangoes, and oranges.

Cow’s meat will be 300 plus for the holidays.  Thanks nalang.  We would not be eating meat this holiday season.  Meat substitute are cheaper compared to real meats.
