News Flash – Iligan City Bombing
The city is bombed just awhile back. We were relaxing after a busy morning and a call interrupted our talks. It was the hubby of our Registrar telling her that he is in the mist of bombing. There were two explosion at two different locations but they are not far from each other. These two establishments are shopping center. Oh my…
I haven’t heard any threats in the past days. Or we here in school adminstration did heard of one. So this happening is really unexpected. It’s Christmas and everyone was festive especially that today is the last day of classes before vacation starts. Tomorrow is Muslim holiday so it’s kind of we will be having long long vacation.
I even thought of going to that area in the coming days to buy movies for the holidays but now i change my mind.
Oh well, people out there, possibly you will hear the news, Iligan city is being bombed. And if you do then let’s see how many deaths they are going to report.
Even then, i won’t stop wishing for a really peaceful holiday!

Yes, there were bombings. First at Unicity. After 10-15 minutes, Jerry’s Shopping Center’s baggage area exploded, killing 2 baggage boys on the spot.

Gi bomb bomb gyud nila, mga kalug kalug, Gerrys ug UNI 7 ba? It is not a big bomb like nuclear bomb and it kinda bit harsh to think of nuclear bomb. If they are genius maybe they can make a high vintage explosives which can destroy 5 to 10 hectares area. If they will use nuclear bomb maybe a thousand of hectares gyud ang macover na area na maigo sa bomba, gosh ha, grabi talaga.

@ Mark – teh security where? at the shopping center? The security man inspects a person after leaving his/her baggage at the counter. There’s no inspection of things before it can be left at the counter. So the bomb got in.

@ GS – big or small it is still a bomb. how i wish there is much difference in the damage it can cause if we talk about the size – but wala eh. makapatay lang gihapon. although when it’s big it can kill more and small it can still kill few. so pareho lang yon. diba? OH well, let’s just hope masakpan tanan bombs before it can explode. Bt terror stricken ang victims eh and even the people gets paranoid.
