My entry yesterday was of me on top of the old Great Wall. yeah am not joking, that wall am on is part of the Great Wall of China. The last city where i was working in China was one of the oldest in Hebei Province. Zhangjiakou is situated northwest of Beijing and considered to be protection gate of the Kingdom as the city faces the Mongolia.

This tour to the old city gate was a couple of days after Christmas. i was sure it was inbetween Chrismtas and New Year 2005 because this visit was made possible because a Caandian friend came to visit and our Chinese friends decided to tour us.

Some of the wall pictures are posted here for my Sepia Scenes yesterday. While posting these pictures yesterday, i missed that Christmas time, the people, the moment.
