I almost apply for a loan for housing loan last year. But because of some legal problems (marital related) it was not pushed through. I was one of the first who made a reservation on the real estate site and i think i got one of the best locations. But when my name was cross out i felt sad. Then last week, when the weather was so bad for the whole week, the whole area out there was filled with water and many are backing out of the plan. It’s jst not good to cotinue building the house out there when u knew that a whole week of continuous rain could really fill the place with water. So who would be comfortable thinking about that? Could you comfortably sleep at night when the rain pours out like cats and dogs? So before you relocate, you should check out the whole area first so the 100% safety of you and your family.
I had a talk with my cousin the other day about this housing thing. Currently they are in California. For the past 2 years she was on real estate business. Now that she is pregnant for her 3rd child, she cool off on real estate and did part time in nursing job. She said it was good but when crises started the trend goes downward. And if her hubby would agree they might relocate to Tulsa or maybe Oklahoma. She checked out oklahoma real estate and the offers were a bit lower than in any other estates. She said she bookmarked the site of Re/Max and and show it to her hubby then they will both call ReMax Agent to ask more important questions.
After telling her about the weather aftermath here, i told her to be careful be sure you are far from big river or big mountains so that you will be safe from floods and landslides. She laughted. She said, she’s not in the Philippines. hehehee
