Joys in Life

I  slept so late last night (1 am of May 1 already) and i woke up 10 am.  I knew that the electricity will be cut off at 8 am per the notice that they gave out.  There will be no power 8 am to 5 pm.  Since the weather was real hot i decided that my daughter and I will go to the mall just to cool off.  We stayed there for more than 4 hours or until when my daughter got really really tired.  I was not tired myself because i know what would it be like if i will go home with the sun still strong up in the sky.  So finally, i went home around 4:30.  My daughter went ahead.

I cooked dinner using candles around 6 pm.  Will post the recipe in my healthy blog tommorow maybe.  Had dinner then went out of the house to cool.  8 pm came still the electricity was not back.  I decided to take a shower and move slow and lay down to relax.  I got tired walking around the mall for many hours so i need to sleep.  But the heat was really bothersome that i was still wide awake at almost 11 pm when the power came back.

Am so happy the power is back or else i can’t make this post.

And this is how i spent my Labor Day.
