On Whole Grains

Whole grains are very important to a well-balanced diet.  In this fast-food crazy world maybe there are some kids who are unaware the health benefits of whole grains.  At least four servings a day of breads, cereals, and other grains should be eaten.  Whole grains are much higher in vitamins and minerals than the refined products.  The whole weat bread or brown rice is much more satisfying and will hlep to prevent overeating which leads to obesity.
