Bad Sleeping Habits

For many many years, i did not try correcting my insomnia problem.  I cannot sleep early at the normal time.  If i get to bed early, then id end up counting every hole in the ceiling or try counting imaginary sheep.  I fall to a good sleep at early dawn already.  My sleeping habits is one culprit to my weight gain all these years.  That is why some friends told me that i should go to bed early so that I can get up early to morning exercise.

Couple with late night sleep and getting up late in the morning are the dark circles under the eye.  It is a unsightly if it for many nights u don’t do the required sleeping hours.  To avoid having a puffy eye circle, i try to lay down (back side) with head a bit elevated.  It is not advisable to sleep on sides because the blood vessels seem to fill the circle sac and that promotes the puffy eye bags.  Later i will also check the tips on how to remove dark circles so that I would look better if ever i get some more worst nights of insomnia attacks. When i can be successful, i will also share it with some friends who are having the same problem.
