Yo! Ice Cream Galore!

I say galore because i had more than a cup within the last 48 hours.  Saturday lunch, i had a half cup, and yesterday morning, another cup, and today lunch oh my gosh!  for sure it was another cup or so.  I can say that i had so much sweets for the last forty eight hours.  I am sure it’s very bad for my health.  Although i had gymtime yesterday for almost 2 hours, but the calories i had in ice cream was just too much.  Bo bo me, I knew it’s bad yet i just can’t stop eating.

I don’t know how much level of sugar I have now but last year i know i was a bit beyond the border line.  Last year too my cholesterol level was almost at the boundary so it was too early for me to take cholesterol treatment . I am still fit to do a faithful exercise and of course limit my food intake. But i plan to have my cholesterol check in the summer. Who knows it’s already beyond normal. :)

With the quantity of ice cream i had in the past 2 days, i guess i should not eat ice cream quite a long time from now on or else i will never ever lose weight. :)

Lunch at Kyla’s Bistro

It’s been awhile that i passed by this new foodie hang-out but it was only yesterday that i got the chance to really experience.   The place is called Kyla’s Bistro.   That was free lunch for me or else i cannot taste their food.  This is what we had yesterday:

Girlie had an orange juice while i had a Nestea.  If i am going to eat this kind of food daily then i am going to die early.  So eating these foods once in a blue moon is surely a treat.

Almost Perfect

It tastes the way i wanted it but does not look like the way it wanted to. My recipe of yesterday – Vermicilli with Sardines and Spring beans.



What’s wrong? I have added salt before adding the soy sauce. It should have been soysauce first and a little salt to complete the perfect taste.

Oh we had this as snacks at same time lunch at 10:30 yesterday. :)
