She makes me smile proudly again. (grinning)
Friday was “getting of cards” day and the teacher told me that she saw her grades ahead of me and that she was so happy and excited. When i checked it out, i discovered that all her grades have increased several places except for her English subject.
The subjects are as follows:
- Bible – 94 – 98
- English – 95 – 95
- Filipino – 96 – 97
- Mathematics – 96 – 97
- Science and Health – 94 – 97
- Heograpia – 95 – 96
- MSEP – 93 – 95
- EPP – 90 – 93
- GMRC – 90 – 93
She was happy herself because for the past years instead of increasing, her grades goes 1 step down and that will go on until the last grading. Seeing the difference now, i told her that i hope she will increase it by the third grading. If not increase, at least maintain the current grade.
I fed her all that as a treat for her good work daw. lol! I was salivating watching her eat. I was on a diet ya know so i was just watching. hahaha (just kidding)
Most of the times, people at home stay up late until the last teleserye on TV is aired. But during weekends the programs are different. Since my daughter was killing her time on TV – i told her that we do her laundry together. She does the soaping and i do the rinsing. AT 11 pm that evening, with the water flowing much and freely, i asked her that we do the laundry together. And we did! It was fun. We finished her laundry around 2 am. I was too tired to get up at 5 am to play badminton yet i have a satisfying feeling in my heart. Maybe i will do it again in the coming weeks. 
For Dimple, she had the luxury of sleeping until 8 am.

I wish they gonna stay small forever. My baby is now almost a lady but will always be a baby in my heart.
I did not have any exciting weekend photos for the past weeks. My activities happens during the week and the week-end is mostly spent at home. But for the last 2 Sundays, i was at work since the Doctoral class started already.
The photo shared here is of my daughter. The two photos were taken same place, same day, and i think almost same time. hehehe. This was taken last Sunday when they went for an afternoon swim. She loves swimming. And she loves to stay endless hours in the beach. If i enjoyed being at home inside my bedroom, that’s how much she enjoys the outdoors especially the beach or any swimming activity. I am pretty sure she had really a lot of fun because when she arrives home, she sleeps so quick.

I was getting ready for church when my sis called that they she and her baby are coming for a visit. She meant for me to be at home when they arrived so my church plans were canceled. So that is my sis and her few-days off to be 1 month old baby Gab. I ended being a nanny from 10 am until almost 7 pm. It was like a full time nanny coz my sis had the chance to get online to check her mails and roam around the friendster world.
Weekly Round-up
Sunday was full of activities. It was the graduation day at my daughter’s school and i have to be there though she is not graduating because it was also the awarding ceremony. I was one proud mommy that moment as she got 2 silver medals. I feel she is a bit disappointed of one of the medals but she promised me that next year she hopes to have more medals and hopefully golds. 
I am glad she realized that she was laxed in her studies.
After Sunday, I was looking forward to Monday because of the enrolment. All was just easy not until Thursday when it was time to enroll the third year level and the second year. I feel so proud feeling i the hang of working front line in an office in charge for enrollment. I will forever remember this experience because i think it might be my only experience serving the students during enrolment time. Last Thursday i discovered or was told that i will be moved back to the office where i came from because am still needed in that office. Actually when i left, they never put a permanent replacement in there so for the past 2 months there were times when i have to work matters for the old office at the same time performing task for my current one.
Oh well, i feel some of my workmates are not yet used to my current post then soon they gonna find me sitting back at my desk at the Admin Office so i would understand their confused stare. lol
I feel it was a quick week for me…and am so thankful to God for so many blessings.

Last tuesday as i was posting my entry, i was also learning at the same time a new thing with PS. I really like to share this because never had I imagine i could do this. But now i realized that with a little tutoring and a determination to learn, one can really learn.
Thanks to Rhoen for the patience in teaching me the steps to make these picture frames.
–am really happy that i was able to learn this kind of framing. these were what ive done after the tutorial. it’s a week ago today. from time to time, i tried to frame more pics. i have not yet memorized the steps, so i still look at my notes.
Another thing to make me a happy momma is that last Friday, i picked my daughter’s first grading card in school. It was not really the high of my standards but still better off then others. She got the highest grade of 95 and the lowest of 91. I have some doubts if that will still increase or not, but i hope it won’t go down anymore.
It was a good week, TT’s moms. Hope you too out there!

I know it’s my tendency to really pound her to have high marks on her tests. To me high marks means 100% but nah she did not get any perfect result though i think the following scores is still in the high marks category.
She showed me her test papers awhile back for my signature, my face was expressionless. hehehehe so instead of asking her why no perfect score, I just smiled and said – give me that, let me blog about it

The time my daughter can start to eat solid foods, we fed on her veges. Mashed veges of any kind. When she was still a toddler, there was no problem yet but she she started schooling she began to be picky on the food that she eats. Of course she eats rice but not the vegetables. She jst have the soup or the sabaw or the broth but not anything solid on the ulam especially if they are vegetables. But now that she can read and understand what she’s reading, my mom gave her books about healthy eating, what good we get from a vegetables and everything – she started to be good at eating vegies even the ampalaya or the bitter gourd. She likes ampalaya better than me. Before she does not like eggplant or talong, but now she can tolerate it. When it comes to meat recipes, she is not picky. She loves just anything as long as it edible and not a bawal in our table.

Just awhile back, dimple was trying on some dresses. Her class will lead the vespers program on Friday and I just realized now that she no Sabbath dress decent enough to be worn on the stage. Her growing up so quickly really made me happy but at same time saddens me because she ends up having no more decent casual or formal clothes. Even sandals — she will wear one of mine. I can’t just imagine how quick time flies and she my baby is now a lady. I now now feel the importance to have health insurance so i need to find health insurance quotes one of these days. I will pick one that i can surely afford and can be used for emergency cases.
I really dunno why the connection is crawling. I’d like to make some improvements in this blog’s side bar but my internet connection is not cooperating. Even my blog hoppin, i was trying to visit some blogs for the tags but it’s taking 3 minutes or more to open up the page. so i turned it off and after this post am off to bed.
Just wanted to note it here — my allergy is attacking again. I dunno or i can’t really trace what caused it coz in the past week and days i have eaten several food that could trigger the attack. But when it comes to vegtables, ive been eating same same almost same veges all these weeks. So beginnin tomorrow, i guess i will go back to elimination diet. I forgot some of the common foods i have to avoid so will check my other blog tomorrow for the list. i remember ive posted it in my other blog when i was attacked last year. The part that is very itchy now is my neck and my front chest. 
and also my armpits. wahuhuhuhu. I hpe it just wont go up to my face coz i got already a spot that’s painful red. I feel like am punished by little gods whatsoever in here.
Oh by the way, i often said i don’t have money but i often set aside too money for rice. And this morning, some amount for the rice went for a collection of Indian movies and Karaoke songs in DVD. BOth costed me P75.00. And that’s already 3 kilos of yellow corn. But anyway, it’s my money eh. Just a little treat for myself. it’s my first time to purchase the songs so when i got home i played it right away and sang with it. Dimple just quiet beside me and i asked her, why not sing along? don;’t you know the songs? she nodded yes. yeah, some were old songs. She can’t relate so well. They were songs back in the 80’s and early 90’s – so long time before she was born. hehehee And i also purchased 3 pcs of orange roses just for P20.00 and Dimple was glad, she said next Sunday i should buy a different color then. Am thinking of Yellow for next Sunday – hopefully, got some amount for marketing.
our pet cat gave birth to a blackish kitten!
In spite of her big tummy, she got only 1 baby and we really dunno why. WE didn’t know what time she exactly gave birth, but around 6:45 this evening, while i was changing my wet clothes, i heard a cry of a baby cat. So i called on to mom’s buddy to ask him, but he replied negative. Just awhile back, i think Dimple was looking for the pregnant cat, she then discovered that really, our Aming gave birth to a black baby meow. We wish to take photo of it but Mama Aming is so protective. Everytime Dimple grabbed the baby cat, she also grab her baby using her mouth. So maybe after some days, when the baby cat can walk on her own na, I will take a photo of it for my Sunday critters.
Well, am happy she got only 1 baby because if she had 4 for sure, we will bring let them go away with the mom. Wise Aming ,maybe she used birth control for she had experienced almost being thrown away because her Mommy Cat gave birth to many.
