One weekend we went out to distribute some goods at the OB wing of the City Hospital. There would have been many of us during that afternoon but they were not able to come. There were only 6 of us who made it. Personally i was happy to be able to come because the smiles of those patients were really inspiring. Our bags were not full of goodies but “the little” is already much especially for those who are really in need.
We are still all smiles after the distribution although we have seen how pity their situation especially those who were in the charity ward. These smiles were just for the camera.

I miss the shoot me meme again last Friday. I missed all my Friday memes too, not just the shoot me. So allow me to share this photo of me taken last Saturday with Lelan:
Beautiful? I think beautiful. hahaha I just love my own! Anyways, i am sharing this photo because i want to make a comparison. Long ago ive been blessed with a flawless facial skin but when i started have a severe acne problem, things were just not the same anymore. But thanks to FC now, my facial skin is almost back to normal. There are no more fresh growths weekly and my scars are starting to diminish. My problem before was how to stop the growth. Now my new problem is how to lighten the scars.
This is the reason why i kept telling my daughter to always clean up her hands and stop touching her face. Our hands are often dirty and bacteria can easily attach itself into the acne growth. What become horrible when the growth itself got puss later. I think it is just so unsightly. She will be in highschool this June and I am hoping she will be more particular in self care and hand hygiene.
It was a beautiful morning. It would have been a great decision if i went to the gym that morning. But i did my laundry and ironing, so i have an excuse not to feel guilty about missing gym on a Sunday morning.
Yesterday i wrote in my facebook shoutout that how i wish that blogging can encourage sweat glands to work. hahaha I love the thought of sweating out when blogging or when thinking what to write. Then my college roommate replied that i should follow her weight loss program so that i too would lose lots in 3 weeks. I replied to her to send me all the info then who knows i would try.
It was my turn to post OWM entry at the main blog and my entry was entitled AN AFTERNOON OF SHARING. You can find the photos here. That was an unforgetable afternoon. I hope that i can have another chance of going community outreach. It was really a nice break from my usual Sabbath afternoon.

We went swimming last Sunday to celebrate thanksgiving for the effort we put in to win the second place during the Hugyawan 2009. Some members were assigned some tasks to do before Sunday came. I was assigned to cook the chicken pancit (bam-i actually) so i did the grocery Saturday evening.
The next day, i reported my expenses without official receipt because the store i did my shopping had their receipt printer broken just minutes before i came to pay. So they only gave me a handwritten receipt (not official receipt). Good thing, the finance in-charge has no problem about it.

ay in words din pala. I promised nights ago in this post, that I will be posting photos the next day. But other matters caught up my time so i just had the chance to upload minutes back. And here are some of the photos i personally took.
We, Ma’am Apple, Tisay and myself from MSH and MSHC were one of the early birds (first was St. Peter’s College) so we had the chance to have a picture taking with the ever active president and speaker of the night, Ms. Cleo Mascardo.

The Iligan Chapter got a Facebook account already and i requested for an add because the email i used in the registration is my non-FB email account.
To carry this boat to the water is not easy for one person. So several persons (balanced number) will make the task easier.
