Joys in Life

I love nature shots!  But when the view is ruined by man’s carelessness, then i would feel sad.  See that cigarrette butts?  They should not be there.  Actually when i shoot this, i did not see those garbage.  I jst saw them when i uploadeed the pics in my pc.  So i wish, that somehow people will be responsible enough to take good care of nature.

I have so many pictures that can be an entry for today’s theme but i like this one best:
the part of wedding where the couples promise their vows that they
will be together forever til death part them.

We were at the General Santos City Wharf the other Sunday and it was a very hot clear day.  Great time to picture the view and the skies.  But it was so hot that i decided not to get off our service van.  But my daughter, wanted to get off and i let her carry the camera, and these are some of her shots - The end of the blue boat.

i love this photo of the falls.  my favorite of them all

BUT

the first time i saw the picture an arm away,
my mind told me that it’s not only the falls am seeing
but also a woman in white.
Now, as i was looking for something scary, and i saw this,
it gives me an idea that it looks like a GHOST.

On this day when this picture was taken, my cousins saw them.
One cousin saw a woman ghost to the right from that gushing water and another cousin saw an old man to the left from that gushing water.  When i knew it, i was really SCARED.  I did want to leave the place right away.  It was like the place was really intended for them and we are intruding.

When that small woman beside that tall guy in white see the burial pictures of her husband she still burst into tears even now.  This photo was taken early this year when an uncle (mom’s cousin inlaw) died.  We were all there to attend the last day rites and the burial so i was able to take these photo.  Look at their grim sad sad faces.  But this is life, pain and sadness is always part of it.

This is a familiar road when i was still attending college. This is the Valencia City National Highway in Valencia Bukidnon.  The last time i went there and took this photo was in July this year. :)  It’s my first time to take a photo of the Musuan peak looming at the distance.

 I have to use this photo because my other string photos are in the office.  for the theme today, i think this strings of flags on air is just timely.  presently, all around the city now have decors like that in preparation for the city festival.

– mom wrinkled at 66 but still beautiful. taken last July during her birthday. i think if she didn’t turned 66 she won’t ever have a bday cake.  that’ s her bday cake, and improvised one but she looks happy. hehehe. Love my mom very much.  though her hands are wrinkled with work throughout these years, but still i love to hold them.  they were the hands that carried me when i was small and same hands that took care of my daughter when i was away.  so no matter how wrinkled she is, we will love her til the end.–
