Since the third floor of the Annex building has started operating as a clinical area, the nurses in their new scrubs makes the environment very patient friendly.  The unit coordinator spent some time to scout for cheap medical scrubs and thanks to the internet they have found what they like to have.

Now the third floor is ongoing the renovation and for sure before the year ends it will start its operation.    No specific month yet but for sure before the year ends.  So some more nurses will be deployed to the 4th floor as as early as now they want to decide on what type of cloth they will get for a new set of nursing scrubs suits.  I told them about cherokee nursing uniforms or cherokee scrub tops .  I told them to check on it if they like it.  The coordinator told me that she will tell me a week later after their departmental meeting.  The thing is that some of the nurses that will be assigned there is not around yet.  But even then, the coorinator told me that they will decide on the style a month or two before the 4th floor starts its service.

I have checked out the blue sky scrub site and i love the color and styles of the scubs they are promoting.    Since these nurses are not yet on regular status in their employment so as much as possible they wanna to check on affordable or cheap nursing scrubs .  Cheap yet dainty and presentable.  There are nice cloths that costs cheap but the goodness of the cloth will last for some months.  I meant that not the disposable type.

How i wish am a nurse so that i can avail of these wonderful nursing scrubs.

I’ve seen many elementary, kinder, and nursery schools around here and one thing i observed was that they lack a spacious area. An wide area where the kids can run and play.  OUr little kids needs to out in the sunshine and play.  There is one school not far from here that has a swing set but not the wooden swing sets that is sale online now. Some parents saw the picture and they thought it is wonderful to buy these type of toys for little kids, but they lack the space. Others also told me that it’s too far to make an order. I will try to check it out if it’s available in the Philippines.

Indoor playground is great for kids safety but exposure in the sunshine and fresh air will do good for our little children.

My friend got a new laptop.  It was worth almost a thousand dollars if being converted to a dollar rate.   So i tried checking out buy dot com laptop sale and i found a few that is worth interesting – still of Toshiba brand. If i have enough money now then i could buy it. But am thinking that i should concentrate on saving for the camera first before thinking of another laptop.

The color of the lappy that my friend got is pink. So cute. I so love the color and i told her that she should take good care of it when on the move so that the shiny cover will never have a scratch.

I went shopping for a footwear!

I got a new set of office uniform (oh i wish i have a photo of it), one that needs a formal office shoes.  So I was not able to wear the uniform Monday because i still did not have the shoes that will go with it.  After I got the payout Monday noontime, i directly went to the telephone company to check on my bill adjustment and also pay the balance.  Wow my bill was adjusted to a little bit more than five hundred pesos.  Shopping for shoes was next in mind but my time is not enough anymore, so i thought of coming back in the evening.

I have already scouted the shoes last week so i only need to go back to buy it.  So that’s it!

Before i went to the cashier to pay the pair of shoes, i still took time to go around to check other styles.  And i saw one.  I asked a lady to get me the complete pair and when i put tried it on, wow it feels good on my feet.   It took me some more minutes to decided when i saw the price.  I can afford the price but I am also thinking i can use the money to pay or to buy other staff.  But then i was also thinking that the last time i bought a good pair of high heels was in 2007 when i was in Bangkok.  The money i used on that was the salary i earned teaching for 8 hrs at my cousin’s school.  So since my Payu2blog earnings are hard earned money, i thought that it is just right i should treat myself for another pair of heels.  So here it is -

I am waiting for Saturday so that i can use it.  I always have this  idea that any new thing first used on a Saturday or Sabbath, it will last longer.

So, happy new footwears for me!

I now have 7pairs of footwears in the dorm and that includes 2 rubber sleepers.  Though the office shoes will just be a standby pair at the office.  The new heels, it is still hidden away in the locker.

Next pay out – it’s Dimple’s time.  It’s almost to her graduation time eh.  Nothing like new dress because she does not need as they are going to use a toga, but i hope to give her something that she wishes for.

All these, thank you Payu2blog for all the tasks given!  You are one great company and am glad i am in Payu2blog wagon.  Thank you also to God for giving me the strength to make a post even though most of the time am tired and not feeling like blogging.  But when there are tasks, i just forgot for some moments that am really down.

We have water filters here in our place.  It enables us to drink clean water.  If one can’t get to buy the equipment they just order water from the water market.  So i checked out this furnace filter and see what kind of filter they are promoting and am right – they have different types of filters and purifiers. With a very polluted world, it is just a must that we must filter or purified our waters.

I’ve been asking myself i can make it!

Someone told me that netbooks and laptops are much affordable these days than years ago. Maybe it’s because of the financial crisis.  But even though how cheap is cheap still  i can’t afford it.  Now I am vowing to save up.  Can i make it? Oh well, time will tell.  Hopefuly next year , beore the next summit, i will have my own lappy. Then for sure i would join those guys who will sit by the sidewall so that electric outlet is accessible.  And will do blogging and plurking even while the program is going on.

Some of my friends are on rush for Halloween shopping.  They are out in the mall grabbing the latest witchy and devilish and scariest costume they can find.  That is if they have time but for those who have none then they just check it online.  Some really find online shopping convenient if going out to the mall can’t be done.  My cousin who was busy in the latest move to another state just ordered appaman branded stuff online.  She said it was recommended by another mommy friend in her son’s school. She told me to check out the site so that i could see what she got for my huper active nephew -

I so love the color! Am sure it will look good on my nephew.  Aside from the shown shirt, my cousin also ordered a sleeping apparel of barefoot dreams brand.  She said that she likes it was described so she wanna try it and hopefully it will comfort her to sleep in any season.  She just can’t turn away from the huge cut from the original price.  She asked me if i want one but i told her just to get our baby boy here a blue infant gown.

At loulous corner, it’s not only appaman and barefoot dreams brand that are on sale.  There are other stuff like jellycat.  I love the jellycat stuffed toys  for my newest nephew but i just can’t afford them these days.   Gab loves his froggie and rabbity so much that in my wishlist for him, i want him to have this:
