Food Diary
I made also an online diary of my food intake last year but i think i have deleted that after i got well with my allergy. But for now, let me see how far i can do this. I really need to the elimination diet coz i had an allergy attack again that started yesterday. It’s so itchy and they attacked my chest, my neck and underarms. The itchy parts look grossly red.
So am gonna begin this post by recording what i have eaten this evening. i was so super hungry because this noontime i jst had 2 spoonfuls of rice and a pinch of fried fish. Didn’t eat all the fish coz it’s one of the foods to avoid. By the way, it’s been more 2 months now that we are on yellow rice operation (yellow corn) since the rice crises hit us, we opt to buy the cheapest rice – mais! yellow lang coz mas cheaper man ang yellow rice. We will go back eat the “humay” of good brand if the price will go back at least 25.00.
July 28 – Monday
- Evening – 1 cup rice/ 2 servings camote tops w/ calamansi/ 1 cup misua (unflavored) soup
July 29 – Tuesday
- Breakfast – 1/2 cup rice/ 1 1/2 servings saloyot salad/ 1/2 serving sliced fresh tomatoes/1 pc yellow banana
- Lunch – 1 cup cereals with 1 tabletspoon of milk. i just need it so much coz i was feeling dizzy at 2 pm.
- Dinner – 2 tablespoons rice and 1/2 cup par boiled vegetables and 2 tablespoons green leafy veg.
July 30 – Wednesday
Breakfast – @9 am > 1 cup rice, 1 small pc beef meat, 1 cup green vegetables, 1 pc banana
Lunch – @ 1 pm > 1 cup rice, 1/3 cup pancit canton (w/ flavor), 1 small pc beef meat, some chips
Evening – FASTING. no water even from 5 pm (i didn’t mean to. i just forgot that i have to go fasting wed eve.)
July 31 – Thursday
Breakfast -@ 8m – 1 service rice/ 1 serving green camote tops salad, 1/2 serving ampalaya w/ eggs.
Lunch – 2 pcs yellow banana and 1 glass cereal with 1 tbsp milk and 1/2 tbs 3-1 coffee (i thot it was ovaltine) LOL!
Dinner – fasting
August 1 – Friday
Breakfast – rice, fried fish, string beans
Lunch – gluten estufado, half serving rice, half serving ginataan na langka
Dinner – fish tinola
August 2 – Saturday
Breakfast – rice and yellow banana w/ fresh vegetables
Lunch – green leaves in coconut milk
Dinner – fried fish and rice
August 3 – Sunday
Breakfast – a bit of the following: sweet potato, fried fish, adobong langkka (no rice)
Lunch – feasted on many foods. too many to mention. LOL!
Dinner - fasting!
August 4 – Monday
Breakfast – a serving of rice, fried fish and stringbeans
Lunch – rice & steak (jollibee), twirl & 7 up
Dinner – ginamos & ginisa na okra
August 5 – Tuesday
Breakfast – rice, eggs, and string beans
Lunch – rice, a pc of chicken, small serving of pancit canton, a small pc of sweets
Dinner – i think am gonna go fasting but we have rice and sauteed okra for tonight
August 12
Breakfast – a glass of oats
Lunch – half serving of the following: rice/monggo/langkka. beef burger ![]()
Dinner – biscuits
August 13 -
Breakfast – rice/strignbeans/misua soup
Lunch – 3/4 serving rice/grilled chicken breast/buko salad – all at Jo’s Inato
Dinner – malunggay with a little rice
