My Chicks – in August 2008. I bought them at 5 pesos each. I really love them. They stayed some days inside this can inside our house I thought they were girly chicks but to my disappointment…
one got lost and only one left and it’sssss a….
rooster! He is now a young rooster. We hve already killed many chicken in the past months and i always beg that this guy will be spared. I got a good shot of him but it’s a home.
July 27 – August 3, 2008
I forgot to start my week on a Sunday so am gonna correct it now and next post. But since my last WRU post ended on a Sunday so pls allow this one to start on a Monday and end on a Saturday. And next week or next post, i will begin it on a Sunday.
Monday was first day of work. though it was the first day but i missed the devotional and try to arranged some stuff inside the office. I then decided to start the updating of the teaching faculty profile bulletin board. i thought i could finish it up today but nah, had other things to do (still work related though)
Tuesday, continued working on the bulletin board stuff and then before the day ended, we got a news that the next day was a local holiday (Muslim holiday). It commemorated Propet Mohammad’s Nocturnal trip to heaven. I really dunno details but that was it.
Dimple and I enjoye the Wednesday holiday. Most of the hours of the day was spent on watching Indian movies. We watched the following:
Chup Chup Ke (i watched it party to finish up coz i was not done last time)/ Vivah /
GarV – Pride and Honour / Zeher. It was not only me and dimple enjoying the holiday inside the house, but our pet cat, too. We took them (the mommy cat and the kitty) inside the house. At first the mommy cat was resistant but later, they were settling and getting comfortable. hehehehe. I took a lot of photos of the baby cat.
Thursday, i was back at work and Dimple back to school. We wish it was Friday already. It was salary day and I thought my statement was already negative, but am glad, i was still able to receive 1,200 which was given away today to the pawnshop. 
Friday, preparation for the Sabbath. I did some marketing and purchased the two chicks. Saturday morning i attended church got home for lunch. And around 2:30 pm, Dimple and were off to Nora’s home to show her some of my handbags coz she needs to borrow one. We got home at 5 pm and after changing my clothes, off i went to my boss’s home to start preparing ingredients for today’s food. Just imagine i peeled, crushed, and diced 3 kilos garlic. The skin on my left hand’s index finger was burned with the acid.
– it was an interesting week-end!

–inside their temporary home. i will let them try to be with the mother hen we have. if the mom hen will welcome them, then great but if not then i should find a place for them to grow. maybe a box or a cage. –
–aw they look so lonely. for now they are inside my bedroom with me. later will put them out on top of our dining table. they are so noisy but they are just sooo cute. –
our pet cat gave birth to a blackish kitten!
In spite of her big tummy, she got only 1 baby and we really dunno why. WE didn’t know what time she exactly gave birth, but around 6:45 this evening, while i was changing my wet clothes, i heard a cry of a baby cat. So i called on to mom’s buddy to ask him, but he replied negative. Just awhile back, i think Dimple was looking for the pregnant cat, she then discovered that really, our Aming gave birth to a black baby meow. We wish to take photo of it but Mama Aming is so protective. Everytime Dimple grabbed the baby cat, she also grab her baby using her mouth. So maybe after some days, when the baby cat can walk on her own na, I will take a photo of it for my Sunday critters.
Well, am happy she got only 1 baby because if she had 4 for sure, we will bring let them go away with the mom. Wise Aming ,maybe she used birth control for she had experienced almost being thrown away because her Mommy Cat gave birth to many.
