I went shopping for a footwear!
I got a new set of office uniform (oh i wish i have a photo of it), one that needs a formal office shoes. So I was not able to wear the uniform Monday because i still did not have the shoes that will go with it. After I got the payout Monday noontime, i directly went to the telephone company to check on my bill adjustment and also pay the balance. Wow my bill was adjusted to a little bit more than five hundred pesos. Shopping for shoes was next in mind but my time is not enough anymore, so i thought of coming back in the evening.
I have already scouted the shoes last week so i only need to go back to buy it. So that’s it!
Before i went to the cashier to pay the pair of shoes, i still took time to go around to check other styles. And i saw one. I asked a lady to get me the complete pair and when i put tried it on, wow it feels good on my feet. 
It took me some more minutes to decided when i saw the price. I can afford the price but I am also thinking i can use the money to pay or to buy other staff. But then i was also thinking that the last time i bought a good pair of high heels was in 2007 when i was in Bangkok. The money i used on that was the salary i earned teaching for 8 hrs at my cousin’s school. So since my Payu2blog earnings are hard earned money, i thought that it is just right i should treat myself for another pair of heels. So here it is -
I am waiting for Saturday so that i can use it. I always have this idea that any new thing first used on a Saturday or Sabbath, it will last longer. 
So, happy new footwears for me!
I now have 7pairs of footwears in the dorm and that includes 2 rubber sleepers. Though the office shoes will just be a standby pair at the office. The new heels, it is still hidden away in the locker.
Next pay out – it’s Dimple’s time. It’s almost to her graduation time eh. Nothing like new dress because she does not need as they are going to use a toga, but i hope to give her something that she wishes for.
All these, thank you Payu2blog for all the tasks given! You are one great company and am glad i am in Payu2blog wagon. Thank you also to God for giving me the strength to make a post even though most of the time am tired and not feeling like blogging. But when there are tasks, i just forgot for some moments that am really down.
One of my cousins in the States have more than one car. They were not new models but they are cars. If in the Philippines, cars are luxury, over there, nah, it’s a necessity. Some have nice cars, some have the coolest cars on the block, and some have just so so cars. As long as it run – it’s still great. I told her that my favorite car to have in the future will be the red mazda 6. I guess it’s because of the red that made me attracted to it. That is just my wish. If God will give me that exact wish, as long as it runs then for sure it’s a blessing.
Jim just arrived in the states and he is starting from scratch. Let’s say that at the moment he is still in scratch. He mused that over there is much different in the Philippines. If in Philippines you can walk to your appointment, and in Bangkok you can ride a bus to meet your appointment, well over there, you got to need a car to reach an appointment. I told him that he should work hard to buy a car in the soon future. Guess what’s his wish? A bmw m5!
See that? It’s so cool. I think the coolest brand for this year as far as i know. Am not much into cars except i will be asked what kind of car would i want in my life. I told my cousin, this car is just for him. Not for everyone of his relatives left in the mountains of Manticao.
Anyways, there are more cars out in the market this time. The 2009 Acura rl will be one of the top model of luxury cars that will be out in the market this year. And bmw of course is not behind the scene. They now have too their 2010 series. In spite of the recession in America, there are still people who won’t fail to buy the newest model of luxury car. Who can blame them, they can afford it very well. I thought that maybe i would be a car dealer incase i will land in America in the future. (wishful musing)
More wordless here.
Slept very late because after i dc i declutter my bedroom especially my bed. hahahaa so i ended up sleeping around 2 am. When morning came, i wish to sleep longer but sleep ran away as i was feeling alert. Maybe because am thinking that today is the last day of the year 2008. Isn’t that great?
Am not going to cook a lot today not because we don’t ahve anything to cook. But my mom just felt that we will just have a very simple bueno noches by just eating some fruits and the biko. So right now, we are doing the latik while the we are cooking the pilit. Am sure in two hours the biko is reading for cooling and by dinner time tonight it’s ready for eating. So am goingto eat some after setting aside a small mound for my sister.
After breakfast, i started the movie of Piolo Pascual and Donita Rose, 9 Mornings. It was a nice Christmas movie. We have it paused around 5 times because while Dimple and i are watching movie, my mom was very busy dusting, wiping with wet cloth the top of the lockers and also the windows and decluttering dimple’s stuff. It’s new year, you know…so it’s like we always have this kind of cleaning every before New yaer comes.
We are done with lunch. I let dimple cooked some pancit canton and i also include in it a handful of spring beans so am full now. It’s good time for sleeping but i decided to check my mailboxes for some assignments. Glad i checked coz i found one. Thank be to God. It sounds promising, you know. One is better than zero.
Gift giving is not yet over. Though Christmas day is past, some people are still giving gifts this new year. Caroling does not even stop until the Three Kings. After that, just a couple more weeks Valentines will be around so another time of gift giving. My wish this time from my guy is a nice ladies watch so am introducing him to Nixon watches so that he can order online and the delivery be done before the Heart’s Day. I hope he will be a generous guy this time so that he will not be tagged as as the “imaginary guy only.” He knows i call him that and he does not like it. Oh i love checkign out these watches these days. There are so many savy, cute, and trendy watches for ladies. HOpe i will get one by February.
Am off now because the smell of the sweetened latik is so tempting.

When we went shopping at SM Mall the other day, my friend and i pruchased a new water heater. Not just really a water heater but the dual one – hot and cold water dispenser. The reason why the thing was broken because her nephews are so lazy to refill the water while the hot water switch is on. So it burned the plastic inside thus destroying the heater altogether. So she purchased a new one and we were really advised not to turn on the hot water mode if the water is not sufficient.
When we arrived home i told her to check on tankless water heater on how it will work because if it’s possible she can purchase one for her bathroom so that Baby Prince will enjoy warm water shower in the evening. It takes so much trouble to boil water in a kettle and carry the kettle into the bathroom . So am sure she will enjoy this type of water heater. I got one like this in my 2nd home in China and i think it is safe. It lessens electricution accidents. So i will check this out if they have one like this in SM the next time we go there.
Hey am back! Oh well i was busy on the 25th. Busy eating left overs and busy sleeping and on the 26th, yesterday, I went to Cagayan de Oro with my daughter and friends. I’ve done a lil shopping and alot of window shopping. It was fun at the same time tiring. We arrived home late so i woke up late this morning. I had a stomach ache (probably bad air) at around 6 am so i went back to sleep after a moment at the throne. Am glad the stomach ache is over now.
Tomorrow am off to Cagayan de Oro city again to attend a wedding so i will be away for another whole day. I am not sure i will be coming back for the night or i would stay overnight with friends out there. How i wish Mommy Ruby is still in Cagayan but since she moved to Bacolod City earlier this month then i missed an EB opportunity with her again. I will probably stay with my classmates.
Today am back online to update my blogs with personal posts and memes and then ec dropping, too. I hope EC is up. I was online earlier and i i tried to hop, it’s not working. I guess they are having some maintenance on the site.
Oppss for the record, i got one long time wish come true – i bought a scrabble game set yesterday! I also picked a new curtain for our living room (1 pc only) and a new throw pillow case. That were the only things for me yesterday.
I was able to talk with my guy yesterday and i asked him about this Indian meal moth traps. He said he is familiar with that and his mom uses this back home in India. But i also wonder this is a window cleaning and how it is related to Indian meals. hmmm I love indian meals especially rotti with chicken masala that i can eat tons of rice coz of the intensity of the hot spices.

Yesterday, Dimple and I went out to the city. It was more of a store hopping than shopping because i don’t have money for normal shopping. I can’t treat her either to some pizza because i haven’t withdrawn my winning yet and i also don’t have anyone to borrow the money from worth 20 dollars in pesos. But i have few pesoses so when we were on our way, i told her, you are allowed to buy whatever you like in the amount of P20.00. She was very happy.
When we reached the big “chinese shop – Uni City” we roamed around then we separate ways. She was on her way on the other aisle while i was on my way. I Know she can find me around. After some 10 minutes we roamed all the aisles together. Then i said, there’s nothing to buy here, we can go then she said “oops, i am going to buy something.” hahahaaha i laughed at her. She let me wait for her in one corner as she went to fetch her goods. In her mind her goods must just be within the P20.00 but she said before we arrived at the cashier, there are many nice things but it’s too expensive. They are more than P20.00. I was not sure if she was telling me or she was just talking to herself.
That was my first time to do like this. Give her a budget if she goes with me for grocery. Then she asked me later, when are we going to go out again? Am i still going to have P20.00? I just smiled at her.
By the way, she bought a small coloring book and 3 pcs erasers worth P19.00. I asked her what will she do with the 1.00, she replied, I am going to buy a candy. hehehehe but she never did. I bought some food for her more than 1.00. Siya pa ang may utang sa akin. hahaha.
Really these days am not giving her any allowance. last year she carry P5.00 each day but now, it’s not regular anymore. Just when i have extra money. She does not complain because i really tell her the other important expenses i need to cover up. ON this part, i can say – she’s really a good girl.
I really dunno why the connection is crawling. I’d like to make some improvements in this blog’s side bar but my internet connection is not cooperating. Even my blog hoppin, i was trying to visit some blogs for the tags but it’s taking 3 minutes or more to open up the page. so i turned it off and after this post am off to bed.
Just wanted to note it here — my allergy is attacking again. I dunno or i can’t really trace what caused it coz in the past week and days i have eaten several food that could trigger the attack. But when it comes to vegtables, ive been eating same same almost same veges all these weeks. So beginnin tomorrow, i guess i will go back to elimination diet. I forgot some of the common foods i have to avoid so will check my other blog tomorrow for the list. i remember ive posted it in my other blog when i was attacked last year. The part that is very itchy now is my neck and my front chest. 
and also my armpits. wahuhuhuhu. I hpe it just wont go up to my face coz i got already a spot that’s painful red. I feel like am punished by little gods whatsoever in here.
Oh by the way, i often said i don’t have money but i often set aside too money for rice. And this morning, some amount for the rice went for a collection of Indian movies and Karaoke songs in DVD. BOth costed me P75.00. And that’s already 3 kilos of yellow corn. But anyway, it’s my money eh. Just a little treat for myself. it’s my first time to purchase the songs so when i got home i played it right away and sang with it. Dimple just quiet beside me and i asked her, why not sing along? don;’t you know the songs? she nodded yes. yeah, some were old songs. She can’t relate so well. They were songs back in the 80’s and early 90’s – so long time before she was born. hehehee And i also purchased 3 pcs of orange roses just for P20.00 and Dimple was glad, she said next Sunday i should buy a different color then. Am thinking of Yellow for next Sunday – hopefully, got some amount for marketing.
