Some Unforgetables of 2009

Welcome 2010 and goodbye 2009. For me, 2009 was a good year in spite of all the financial struggles. I know money is not everything but i realized that money is a very important tool to get things normally going. It was not a stress-free year although i am praying for a stress-free 2010. I find stress for a challenge me to tackle things so here are some of my unforgetables of 2009

1. Went back to the gym after almost a year
2. My blood sugar was real high for the first time
3. I was not able to take a leave on my birthday but had a grand time with my office mates. There was so much things to do that day because of the upcoming Anniversary program
4. Dimple officially become a little lady on my birthday
5. Kuya Nonoy’s death
6. Former Phil. President (1st Philippine woman President) died.
7. Michael Jackson died
8. Jun Acut’s death
9. MBS2 at Cagayan de Oro City
10. Victim to theft at Uni Top Mall (Dec 30, 2009)
11. Earned only 1/4 of what i earned from Sponsored REviews last year yet PU2B blessings was constant.
12. Managed to regularly update 3 blogs (personal, health, and travel blogs) even it’s an add on to my fix job.
13. We had a new baby boy in the family (March 9)
14. Got my first laptop (December 5)
15. Purchased a Globe Tattoo BB (December)
16. Experienced my first zip line and also river rafting (June)
17. Played badminton for some months with co-workers.
In the coming days, i will have to post a summary of the total number of posts i made in this blog and in all my blogs.

Am Just Human

At my age now, as much as possible i don’t like to get pissed.  I don’t like to feel angry or upset with anyone.  Because i know that to be angry is a waste of time in life and being angry will shorten my life.  So as much as possible, i don’t get angry.  I thought that only real people here around me are the ones who can possibly upset me but am wrong – even online stuff i read can really pissed me off. Hahahaa sad realization but it’s true.  Even in the blogging world, there are few blogging styles that upsets me and id like to mention a few.

First is a faceless blog.  There are many blogs in the blogosphere who does not have a face.  What i mean with “faceless” is that, we don’t know if the owner of the blog is a male or a female because even a name you can’t find.  I don’t condemn them though because to each his or her own style.  But for those who were coveting for readership, for those who were wishing to increase traffic, an ABOUT US or ABOUT ME page is a must.  It is a nice feeling when you feel that your readers comes back to your blog to read from time to time because he or she considers you to be her or his blogger friend.

Next is a nameless blog.  Then there are those whose name is just ADMIN or THE NAME OF THEIR BLOG.  I really find blogs like that unfriendly.  I tried my best to avoid faceless blogs and nameless blogs but since i am joining some big memes, then i encounter them.  And to bump into ten of them in a list of 30, the annoying feeling gets into my nerves.  So what am doing at times, i just visit those blogs whom i knew have faces and names.  I consider them familiar and most of them my blogger friends.

If you consider not to show your face into the blogosphere at least give us your name or a pen name.  It makes your blog a warm place to visit.

This blog got a face and name but two of my others blogs does not have an ABOUT page but i thought of editing my sidebar to insert my name or maybe just the face. :>)

Good Mornin! TGIF!

I slept over at the hospital, my neice’s room. He was admitted the other day so last night it was my turn to be with my sister. As expected, sleep was less – me and my sister take turns sleeping coz the baby has to be lulled or danced to sleep. hehehe. Anyway, it’s another Friday and Thanks God! This would be a lovely week-end, I can say a bit more relaxing compared to last weekend.

The sky am going to share today is the sky during my birthday. I celebrated it last Thursday (July 23) and it was suppose to be a quiet me time, but because of job demand, i have to be at work. We were so busy at work including the double trip to the grocery shopping for the things needed for the weekend. During the first trip that morning, I had the chance to take some photo skies – as what i have originally planned for a me time (if i was approve of a leave). Let me share a few.

The sky above the catholic cathedral of our city. We have to stop near this place because my boss got a transaction at BDO – opps Ma’am Apple did have one, too!

We have to stop at this junction to buy some roasted chicken for lunch. Ya we had some nice food for lunch – courtesy of my boss and also Ma’am Ruby.

It was one memorable birthday!

Not So Yeheyy!

There is an on going transport strike nation-wide today.  Classes are suspended today here in our city. I dunno in other places.  But here in Iligan, aside from the transport strike the bombing scare is also high, so for peace and safety of the students, there will be no class today.  I was ecstatic but not so when we were told that no classes but we are told to report to office. That is why it is not so “yeheyy” hahaha.

I thought of going to the gym if this day is implemented holiday.  Or i think going to the beach would be great.  The weather is very fine.

Health update:

I caught the cold virus again.  My nose is stuffed and i also feel uncomfortable in my ears.  Am armored with several pieces of hanky though the sides of my nose is already reddish.

Farmtown update:

I purchased 3 lot sizes yesterday until the biggest.  All i need now is to save a week or two weeks earning to buy a white house and maybe a pond.  Need money too to buy more plots.

New Meme Update:

So far a handful joined and i hope that there will be more coming up today.   If you have not joined yet, come by and join us.

I really don’t feel well now yet i wanna do things exciting.  I feel like cooking but i dunno what to cook.  I like to eat but dunno what i like to eat. hahaha

Anyway, am updating thinking that there’s someone out there who would like to know what’s up with me.

Opss another thing — i sang duet with someone at the CEU this morning.  Tess and I sang “Trials That Make Pure Gold.”   Ma’am Apple spoke on working values, the one we  (secretaries) took up during the seminar last July 5.
