Last weekend was a busy one. But on the last day i had the chance to go on city tour. Two places were on the list. The first one was Agus 4 and from there, we went to see Maria Christina Falls, the outlet of the water that runs the hydro power plant which supplies electricity throughout Mindanao and Siquijor island.
It was my fourth visit to Agus 4 in Balo-i but first for my daughter. Though it was my fourth time yet, every visit is a wonderful visit because there’s something new to see. It was my sixth visit to the falls and the last one was in October 2007 during the AHPA Convention also. This time, so much has improved because they converted the entrance into a Nature Park so it means it made the Maria Cristina, the landmark of Iligan City, more accessible to the public.
There is no entrance fee to enter the park but the group must have a valid identification then all can go in.

The convention including the tour officially ended after lunch. Dimple and I went home to the dorm and i guess we slept 3 hours. We were so tired because of the late night before that Sunday.
Monday was still a holiday so it was our time to make a our Christmas tree and belen using materials found in the office. So, we come up to this:

I am glad i made this shot because our tree does not look like this again. My officemate made it into another form and it’s not yet done so i havent’ taken pictures yet. Our belen is not yet done so maybe next OWM i will be sharing it here.
If you decide to visit Iligan City, drop me a line and let me know so that i can bring you to some beautiful spots in Iligan.
I hope everyone is having a beautiful weekend!
or to blog about but amnow crying please give me some more time. i am wishing am spending 24 hours here in the office downstairs so that i can still have time to blog, to bloghop, and to join memes, visit meme participants.
I am not sure if i really have to worry about PR – but really am slacking these days. Not that i want to but because i don’t have time. Oh Mr. Santa, please send me a laptop this Christmas. Big or small – whatever as long as i can use up there in my new home.
really…i have not yet settled. i still have very busy days that i dunno when i can sit down and relax infront of the computer and write down my thoughts.
i had a long weekend and it was also a busy one.
Saturday evening, went swimming. I posted about the place and showed photos, too – HERE.
Sunday we went touring around two places here in Iligan and i know it’s worth sharing in my travel blog, so watch out for it.
For the mean time, please enjoy our swimming photos.
Opssss by the way, another thing to share (photos to follow – hopefully tomorrow lunch time) we won (our group GOLDEN FALCONS) in the BELEN/LANTERN contest. We are sooo sooo happy. Though i was not there to jump up and down with happiness.
Before i log off, let me share this photo with all of you -

“When you feel alone, just look at the spaces between your fingers and remember that’s where mine fit perfectly.”
I grabbed that from a friend’s shout out box in Facebook. It sounds so cute and ohhh i feel mushy and makes me miss someone so much. That someone not blood related to me. hahaha and am sure ya know what i mean. I think it’s just normal for me to feel (sometime) am missing someone who does not really miss me at all. So what i will do i will just put in my right hand into that space of the left hand and think — life must go on.
Good evening, everyone!
Cluttered here on top of my desk are photo negatives of my China years (2003-2005). Am going to check it out in awhile and then picked which ones to be thrown away as i have hard copies of all of them. But at the back of my mind, if in the future i will be blessed to be relocated to another country, i wonder if should i carry all my photo albums or just carry the negatives to lessen on freight charges? Because all the way from China, i paid more than a hundred dollars baggage excess at the airport and luckily i decided to take the boat from Cebu to iLigan so there was no required number of baggage weight allowed.
My albums or my photographs are one of my life’s treasures that even old photos are very dear to me. They are moments captured forever that if once lost they can’t be retrieved anymore no matter what you do. You may go back to same place, but it’s not the same time nor moment anymore. So, am wondering now, should i throw them away? (this is part of de-cluttering my locker) hahaha! For those peopel out there who loves photography even before digital times, do you still keep your negatives or they are out recycled already? I hope someone can give me an advice.
